There are good social areas for large parties with space for both a dining table and a lounge group, as well as a good outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator. There is a large pergola which provides shade during the hottest summer months, and in winter the walls can be pulled down to provide shelter from the wind. Underneath the property is a large, well-maintained garage which includes a private parking space. The owners also want to sell the car when they return to their home country. Next to the parking lot there is also a private storage room of 6m2, perfect for bicycles or personal belongings if you want to rent out the apartment when you are not using it yourself. In the community there is also a large shared pool that provides wonderful coolness during hot summer days! I myself looked for housing both in the north and further south than Torrevieja. When I found this gem – unabashed, yet so central – the choice became easy and I made the decision. When the realtor asked me if I could list 5 things I especially appreciated about this home/location, I was given a challenge. Hard to pick just 5, but have made a challenging selection here: 1. Exceptional central location for everything a. 8-10 min to walk to de Torrevieja town and the popular beaches b. Short walk to Consum - with good offers and generous opening hours c. 2 min to the popular Bar Carlos with nice outdoor seating and often live music and dancing d. Torrevieja bus station is within walking distance. The airport bus goes here in addition to long-distance buses to other parts of Spain. Walk 10 minutes and go on a bus trip! 2. Quiet and peaceful location a. You are not disturbed by bar life and noise from restaurants when you come home - it is quiet and peaceful here b. The apartment is very private, located ½ floor above the next construction stage to the south. In addition to the very discreet location - from both the balcony outside the living room and the private roof terrace - it means that you only have 1 neighbor next to you. 3. Excellent location and orientation of the apartment a. SUN: My apartment has sun all day and evening including sunset. b. The apartment has a very discreet location in the building - see above. This not only means zero neighbor noise, but also that you have no view from your neighbor to the south because the apartment is half a floor higher than the apartment next door. c. Beautiful views of 'real Spanish buildings' and views of the Mediterranean from the terrace outside the apartment and an extreme view from the private roof terrace - here you can see both the city, the Salt Sea, the Mediterranean and the Spanish mountains. 4. Terrace of 15 sqm outside the apartment a. This apartment is the only one in the entire complex that has such a large terrace. Most terraces are about 3 square meters. This apartment has 15 sqm! b.
